  17. Kermit-370 version 4.3.1 is now in beta testing for all the major variants
  18. (CMS, TSO, MUSIC, and CICS).  4.3.1 supports the same new protocol features
  19. (RESEND and communication of TEXT/BIN types) being introduced with the
  20. test versions of MS-DOS Kermit and C-Kermit, as well as some system-
  21. specific updates, such as using the transmitted time tag for files uploaded
  22. to CMS or CICS, and support for the new expanded file system in MUSIC.
  23. People who are interested in trying out the test version can find the
  24. updates in files ik*.nup in kermit/b.  Please drop me a line if you plan
  25. to do some testing, so that I'll know who's doing what.  Thanks.
